from May: Valley Greek Festival

This year was the first time I went to the Valley Greek Festival in Northridge although I have known about it for years. Being on crutches, I didn't have much fun (being able to dance would have made the event much more fun -- I love Greek circle dancing). And having gone later in the afternoon, I also didn't try any of the food. But the performance (second photo) was great: applause for all those high school students! Perhaps next year I can make it more worth my time.
